Dear Mr Medawar,

Thank you for your letter of 25 July enclosing a copy of the reply sent by Social Audit to Phillippe Brunet in response to the Commission's consultation on advertising and electronic commerce. I am arranging for copies of that response to be sent to members of the Medicines Commission for their information.

I have also received your letter of 1 August seeking the identities of the authors of the discussion paper put to the Commission on 17 February and other information. I will send you a reply within the next two weeks.
