Dear Mrs Duddy,
1. Re advertising of Efexor XL
I wrote to the MCA on 2 December 1999 and again on 15 March with a complaint about the advertising for this product. On 27 March, you wrote saying you hoped to reply by the beginning of May. (Your Ref. SK/efe.vmb032000). That was the last I heard from you.
2. Re advertising of Cipramil
I wrote to you about this five months ago (22 January), but have heard nothing since your acknowledgement (Your Ref. KD/cipr.vmb012000) dated 25 January.
3. Re advertising of Seroxat
I wrote to you about this on 23 March but have heard nothing since your acknowledgement dated 27 March (Your Ref SK/efe.vmb032000).
The delay seems inordinate. Please will you let me what is going on and, in each case, when I can expect a reply?
