I refer to my previous letter of 18 April. The Detrusitol assessment report is a substantial document, and consideration of what information contained within it can be released within the terms of the Code has not yet been finalised. I anticipate that it will take the Agency at least a further month before that consideration is completed. I apologise for the further delay in responding to your Code request.
