Dear Mr Dunlevy,
Thank you for your letter of 8 March, telling me that Dr Munro is to review my complaint that you constructively refused to disclose CSM minutes.
It certainly is not acceptable to me that you should defer my separate request for copies of CSM agendas, and I can't imagine on what grounds you 'trust' it would be. Would you care to explain? Alternatively, please either supply me with these agendas, as requested - or treat this letter as a formal complaint that the MCA is seeking to obstruct my right under the Code, yet again.
