Mr Alder's letter of 12 February advised that I aimed to reply to your letter of 4 February by the end of this month.

I have received advice from colleagues on the points you raised but there are a couple of detailed issues which we need to consider further before I reply. I will be able to do this early next week and regret the delay and any inconvenience.
