Thank you for your letter of 25 July. I now enclose the amended copy of Appendix 1 to Mrs Thyer's letter of 18 June and I apologise that this was omitted from my earlier letter.

I confirm that the work of the CSM, and the other Medicines Act Advisory bodies, are not covered by the provisions of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
