Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive replies to the requests we made under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, as listed in your letter of 16 June? You said in that letter you would reply "as soon as I can", but I have no idea when that might be. Do you? The only thing that is clear is that response times fall way outside the Agency's 20-day target response time. In particular, there are six outstanding requests where I've been waiting so far between 75-90 working days.
