i have too have taken lexapro for a year, reaching a maximum does of 20 mg, and for my last two months i was on 10 mg, then a week at 5mg, and two days at 2.5mg. After seven days the dizziness i feel is the most extreme of any i have ever felt. (and i have been on 14 prescriptions for anxiety/depression) I have read the peak plasma concentration on lexapro reaches 2.2-2.5 that of one dose. I have calculated my dizziness will stop after at most 3-4 weeks.
