Gerry, I agree, and so does my doctor. I just startd the withdrawal from Lexapro, going from the daily 10mg to 5mg and then will be doing 2.5. He has me doing the 5mg for 2 weeks, then 2.5 for another week. My only complaint so far is just headaches, but with asprin it goes away immediately.
Going "cold turkey" is not the way. Holly, speak with your doctor about getting off of Lexapro. My dr. said that doing it his recommended way should show no side effects at all, and if there are any, they should be mild.
