I have been taking Avlimil for 4 months now, suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, leg cramps, impossible to live with are now things of the past. You have to remember it is a natural supplement, and it did state it takes about 14 weeks to get the full effect, I started noticing in about 10 days I had more engery, wasn't as drained as I usually was, and I was sleeping better as I continued with it I noticed my hot flashes and night sweats were reducing in intensety and frequency as well, my mood is greatly improved and I haven't had any "change of life" symptoms now for more than 2 weeks.
