I was on Cipramil for about two years as well. I was just as you have been, tired, especially in the middle of the day, unmotivated etc etc. Having tried a few times to get off them, I eventually tried taking my dose every other day. I got this to the point where I could go 48hrs before I got the effects and it took a few weeks. Then I reduced the dose to half and did the same again, gradually leaving it until the time extended before I got side effects. I got this to over three days and then cut the dose to a quarter, taking it every 48hrs and again, gradually extending the time. Bit by bit, I found that I could go longer before the effects came back - took months. I also found that, if you extend the time between doses, that's the key, taking another reduced dose as soon as the symptoms came back. It does work, takes patience etc but, the feeling that you're winning a battle is a big incentive. I'm now off them and can get through the residual effects I still get, and they're very brief. Try it, it does work and it minimises the issues, even if it does take forever to complete !!
