SAM-e has been well tolerated with SSRI's, but it is advisable to switch to sam-e rather than do both. Long term combination could concievably lead to serotonin syndrome which is characterized by headaches, nausea, and blurry vision. You should start with 600 mg of sam-e and boost up to 1200 mg while decreasing your seroxat to nothing over a period of a couple months.
