i have also suffered from stress/tension headaches for the last 3yrs, nothing i tried seemed to ease them, now i have found that if i go into a quiet room or soak in a bath and try to relax they either go, or they are not so severe. but its trying to relax that will help with the headaches, also i take 2mg of diazpan, to help me relax with helps a lot.
