Anybody else suffer from stress/tension headaches. I started last May, was having them almost every day, they lasted about 3 weeks then suddenly stopped, none of the medication my GP gave me seemed to work. Started again about 6-8 weeks ago and have had headache almost every day since then, it varies in severity, today it has been very bad and I don't know how I've got through working. My GP is trying me on Amitriptiline as they are supposed to be good for headaches but I haven't noticed much difference yet, been on them just over a week. Can anybody offer any help or suggestions, some days I don't know what to do with myself when it gets bad. Although I suffer from GAD and have done for some years, generally at the moment I feel OK apart from the headaches.
