i too have come down the same citalopram hell ladder and have come to the same conclusions about myself as you. ive spent my life trying to do the things that other people think i should be doing as well as coping with some really bad childhood stuff. i aim to be completely 'clean' in the next few months, and you want to know something? im going to be really brave and hold my face up to the sunshine, i am as important as everyone else not some low life door mat. go for it mac, in fact everybody in here more than deserves a place in the sunshine
