hi, i have been on effexor for a year for depression. i started coming off it a month ago, my maximal dose was 375mg, last month i took 75mg on alternative days and i feel the same as you - dizzy, light headed, nauseated, diahorrea, tearful and flat. not sure what is going on with my body, how are you getting on? how long did your withdrawl last for? looking for some idea of what to expect, i want to hang in there and get off it completely. thanks - you're not alone.
