Good God - I am frightened about what I am reading. Over the past year I have been to the Doc for anxiety & he has prescribed efexor xl.Each time I took 1 pill for 3 or 4 times then thought no its not for me.Another episode of panic attacks & I have been prescribed the same again.Guess what after reading this forum I won't be continuing them. I just want a doseage of propanol or some non anti-depressant drug. Having taken 3 pills I assume I will not have to go through these hellish withdrawal symptoms I keep reading about, as I can't remember anything extreme like the last time.Anybody got any advice on what I should be saying to the Doc?
