I've been taking Effexor XR 75 mg for about months. The last two I have experienced the electric shock impules and they have gotten progressively worse. I'm calling my dr. today after reading all the side effect information today. I have not been decreasing my dosage, however, so these symptoms are worrisome. What good is a drug that produces these horrible side effects? Will they go away and how long does it take to feel normal again?
