While I don't wish withdrawl on ANYONE, I find comfort when I read these posts as well. This can be such a lonely, frustrating feeling. Seeing as though it has taken you a year to wean off of cipramil and you still went through weeks of symptoms each time you decreased your dose, I know that I came off too fast. I weaned myself off over a 2 and 1/2 month period (starting this past January) after being on for 7 years. I didn't start suffering from withdrawal symptoms until a couple months after my last dose and then all hell broke loose....plunging into emotional despair, weeks of dizziness, stomach problems, etc. and it seems that you had all this even with such a slow withdrawal process! I have been completely off of meds for 8 months and it does get better. I still get this off-balance type feeling, as well as other weird sensory disturbances, around my monthly cycle, but each time the symptoms seem to lessen some what. Let's just say I am finally starting to have more good days than bad.
