just spent some time reading the messages and wanted to say 'thanks' to the people who posted them! im so glad i found this site! its been a living nightmare withdrawing from citalopram whether its through the long nights or in a crowded place. i feel like a junkie carefully cutting my tablets into quarters and literally clock watching till the next dose cos i know it will stop the withdrawl syptoms. anyway, thanks for sharing your experiences, please keep them coming
