Guys ive been on effexor for 2.5 years,, it was hell for me,,, when i missed my dose of 75mg of the bloody thing it felt as if i was having a nuclear war in my head,, it was hell,,,,just recently i had cut down to 35mg, took it for 5 days and now iam running freestyle,, thats right been cold turkey for almost 1 week now,,i odnt feel that bad,,, the dizzy spells are not that severe,,, i think its because i went off slowly by milligrams,,,but what iam worried about is my short term memmory,,,, it was very hard for me to think right or even recall things from my studies,,, as a sensative person im sure ill get it back as i can feel my memmory improving slowly day by day,, im just glad to off the damn thing,,,i feel yous all out there,,, hang on guys the benefits of coming off this medication outways the withdrawl symptoms,,,,i gained lots of weight aswell,,, something like an extra 20kg's(40 pounds),,,lol,,,, juss remember that when you hit your withdrawl symptoms dont be scared at all, its just the bodies reaction and it cries to become normal as the person you once were in your life,,,,
