Dear Matt, I know what you are talking about. these doctor's give you the anti-depression pills they say they help the pain but really they try to shut a patient up. But have you looked at the web site for the worse drugs on the market? These anti- pills also cause depression. Sexual side affects. I am now keeping a log on reactions to all drugs they give. And before I take them I look them up on the computer now to see just how many side effects there really is. Vioxx is another to stay away from. It also gave me chest pains, I was even in the hospital for this one, I was given Nitro pills. Before I had a angiogram done 2 days before, I looked on the computer up angiogram to see what that was and Vioxx came up saying there was a lawsuit. I quit taking them suddenly 2 days later I had the angiogram done and the heart doctor was stuned. There was nothing there. But I had no more chest pains either.I think patients should be aware of these drugs and what they do to your system. I think now days my own opion, ONLy these doctor's should back to medical school and learn all over again.. There are good ones but also bad one. go to yahoo search and look up and type in... ( good, bad, and ulgy dr.'s) My dr. is listed on there. Dr. Borden. he was my neurosurgeron this year. It is really scary. These doctor's can move from state to state and brought up on Malpractice suits but the medical boards still gives them Credentials to practice. How stupid. Then they blame the patients for suieing these doctor's and want to put a $250,000.00 cap on the lawsuits. How sad I could go on and on but thats enough for now. Good luck.. But BEWARE..
