Thanks for your message, it really helps enormously to know that I am not alone with these bad days. The bad days definately are out weighing the good but I will continue without the SSRI's. The bad days include Panic Attacks, lack of concentration, spaced out etc. Did you have all these feelings?. I really hope that in a few months it will be the reverse the good days out weighing the bad. Did you ever take any herbal remedies ie SJW? Or is it best to just ride it out?
