This is just my two cents...my worst symptoms were between months 2 to 4 after my very last dose of an SSRI antidepressant that I had been on for 7 years. It was the most emotionally horrendous experience, even worse than what I went through to go on this poison in the first place! I wanted to crawl into a hole and not come out. I had some nasty physical symptoms as well, though I recall you saying this wasn't a problem for you.I have been off for almost 8 months and I can tell you it DOES get better. I started to have more good days between months 4 and 6 of beng off. I also read a lot of helpful books, I keep a journal (wich helps a great deal), practice relaxation, take a lot of hot soaks in the tub. It isn't easy and there is no quick fix, but I am living proof that you can make it through. This past summer I truly felt that I would NEVER feel any better, that I would always feel stuck in the abyss. Not that I don't have my 'off' days, because I still do, but each 'relapse' is shorter in duration. Trust me, I know what you are going through. My best to you. Suzanne
