After close to 3 years on celexa I'm trying to come off but suffering. I wondered if it was all in my mind (not trying to be funny) but reading your comments I realize it's not. The weird dizziness, my head seeming to move at a different speed from the rest of my body is apparently not unusual. And how about the bouts of crying and rage and I can't concentrate on anything. I don't want to go out or to work - and all this after 3 great years of contentment. I hate to give in but don't want this to ruin a good job, distance my friends or destroy a wonderful relationship.
