I missed two days worth of Lexapro and found that I had a positively debilitating migraine headache, the spins so bad that I had trouble standing up, extreme fatigue and mild nausea. The symptoms started on the second day without my dose then racheted up severely the next day (when I discovered for the first time that I'd missed the doses.) I went back to my normal dosage immediately, but still had headache and mild vertigo the next day and was particularly tired for another day or two.
