Hi, I have been on Cipramil for about 6 years and found it to be really good as prior to that I was barely functional ! I recently decided that I was way overdue to come off so I gradually reduced from 20mg every night to 10mg, then 10 every second night and am now on 10mg every third night! I feel positively ill, nauseous, confused, extremely fuzzy/heavy headed and am totally exhausted ! I also don't know if I should bat on or if I should go back on as although I know its not good to be on any SSRI for so long, I was doing a whole lot better and I really do feel terrible and have a job in which I have alert and I am anything but ... !?!? Maybe I will perserve for a while longer ...
