Since on Citalopram my nightmares have got worse and i totally agreed about when waking up! I scare myself stupid when i wake, my dreams feel very realistic. Sometimes when i awake up after a nightmare and actuallyfeel like i'm still living the dream to the point where i lay awake in panic. I have to tell myself that it was only a dream!! But as i panic so much, i can't get back to sleep! It's a horrible feeling!
