I have the same feelings a you. I tried to go off thi anti depressant and I feel so dizzy...I couldnt stand it so I went back on them. I have never been able to explain the head feeling but you explained it perfect. I move my head but then everything has to catch up. If you ever get any info about how to control the symptoms of going off them, please let me know...Thnaks
