I am now on to day 4 on coming off this horrible medication. I didnt want to go on it in the first place but was told by my psychiatrist I either take it or dont go back and see him. The room is spinning and I am getting the electrical shocks in my head. My own doctor has given me some tablets to control the dizziness and I hope this works. Come what may I must persevere with these withdrawals as I am sick of all this type of medication - none of them are any good with the side effects when you are on them or the side effects when you come off them. Is there anyone out there who has tried alternative medication for severe depression and if so has it worked. I really am fed up taking anti-depressants which I have been taking for 7 years now and none of them work for any length of time. Can anyone offer any alternatives to all this sh..!!!
