Hi there, firstly congratulate yourself on staying of Seroxat for a month thats an achievement in itself. Please note Seroxat is a powerful med your brain has relied on for months then pow it's gone, brain serotonin levels will be all over the place for ages until they find there natural level. I know it's easy for me to say this as I'm not going through your suffering, but try and think of positives any positives. Try writing them down. Keep busy. It will get better with time. Simon
