Nearly a month of Seroxat and feeling all confused

I have now been off seroxat for nearly a month. I am feeling very mixed up at the moment unable to think straight, getting very irrated, anxious and tearful. Can anyone advice whether this is the depression returning or still withdrawal symptoms, I was trying St Johns Worts but I have stopped it incase these are side effects from that. Has anybody succeded staying off seroxat and if so how do you deal with the above effects?
