I would recommend trying a low dose of Sinequan. This may or may not help but it's worth a shot. Coming off of Effexor was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had. Although I didn't have the Sinequan during that withdrawal, I am taking it for other things and without boring you to death, this has led me to believe that Sinequan may be very helpful in alleviating your symptoms.
