Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I too am really lucky to have the most amazing support during this time. My partner has been incredible and has never stopped loving or supporting me during these past few months. He really does make me want to rise above this. My family is also full of love and encouragement even though they have been through this time and time again. i know i will always struggle with depression and anxiety but knowing that my family and friends love me anyway makes the struggle so much easier. i will get through this, and I will be better for it. Sometimes i lose sight of this but am far too determined to let this beat me. Cheers
