Hi, I have been trying to come off effexor 37.5 for 3 months now and about 1 month ago came off it completely the withdrawl symptoms were so bad i had to retake it but only in a dose of a quarter of a tab, been to see my gp today she says i am the first patient to complain of withdrawl symptoms and has given me cipramil to take instead of the effexor(i came off cipramil easily before I had a relapse then went on effexor) I wish i had never taken effexor. Get lots of electric shocks when I stopped now reading messages on this board and am worried the shocks will never go even if I do get off them
