HELP! Am on day four of cold turkey with these bloody things and feeling like complete crap... have been told that going cold turkey is probably not the best way to do this but was wondering if anyone else has done it and has any suggestions.. how long am I going to feel like this? And if I go on the lower dose am I still going to feel this bad when I finish with those? have been on 20mg for 6mths. Have been given three weeks off work to do this.. and alot of support from friends and family do you think it's possible???
