Hi Clarinder gimme your email address and we can keep in touch I am now over 2 weeks free and feeling great. No more head shocks I found these were the worst of the side effects. I have lost just over a stone and back into some of my fav clothes woo hoo... I didn't do anything the weight just came off on its own which was fab. Am looking and feeling brighter than I have done for months and although my life isn't stress free (who's is!!) I can cope with it just by using positive thinking and dealing with stuff in a cool and logical way, we don't NEED these tablets anymore, at first yeah they did what they were meant to do and coming off them is horrible but hey its a past and distant memory now :) keep in touch
