I have been diagonised with these two complaints last year, I've seen Councillors, been prescribed Lustral, Ciprimil, Effexor and Xanax. The only one I found that helped me was xanax and of course I did not want to start taking this as it is highly addictive. I have got into bad health because of this. As you can well imagine living in a permanent state of stress will eventually kill you. And I dont want this to happen as I have a young family. I feel my Doctors are letting me down. I mean they never looked into any other reason for this happening, perhaps a Mineral or Vitamin Deficincy, or maybe there actually could be something physically wrong with me. I would like to hear from other people who have suffered like, what treatment they got and how they got on. Good Health to everybody.
