I weaned off a lot quicker than you did, so hopefully you will fare better than I with the withdrawal. Also, I should note that I was on Paxil 7 years ago, switching to Prozac and finally Celexa. In my case, I went through a horrible time emotionally and physically starting at about a month or two after my very last dose (about 6 months ago already). A lot of people are told it is the original depression or anxiety coming back, but it is not, it is due to withdrawal. It took a couple of months, but I am much better emotionally, but physically I am still not well. I am very fatigued and for the last 6 weeks or so I feel like I am constantly swaying, as if on a boat, which is worsened when I am stressed. The more research I do on here, the more I am convinced that I am suffering from serotonin syndrome. I have had a thorough check-up, blood work, an ENG test (for inner ear disturbances) and I am scheduled for an MRI on the 15th of Sept. The blood work and ENG tests were fine. Some people do much better than I and some much worse. I hope you are one of the lucky ones. My daughter is 6 years old and fine as far as I know. Her liver and spleen went back to normal size shortly after birth and, as I said in my last post, all the tests they ran came back normal. I still worry at times of any long term effects. I sure hope not.
