David, I too have been on Dothiepin, for about 2 months now. I have experienced extreme grogginess in the mornings, finding it very difficult to open my eyes, and have become very clumsy, knocking into things and knocking things over. I hope that this will soon pass as I get into the third month of taking them, but like everyone else who replied, please know that you are not on your own. Sandy Dance
