I joined this "Self Help For Anxiety" group and things went well for a while, then a bunch of rules that had been made were selectively enforced.. I was accused of secretly entering the chat room and whispering a new chat site locale to members.. the manager banned me and I felt worse than I would otherwise because he had absolutly no idea how wrong he was.. but he was really mean about it.. and some of the things said to me led me to understand that the gentle character expressed by the group are not real.. I mean, there are good members there, even good assistants, but the one who controls it really goes overboard to control it.. I even created a new group after that and generated quite a following, however there was a lot of "strange" activity that seemed to come from outside the site..in psychology there's this term called "projection" where the person accusing is actually the one doing the problems.. so I was accused of trying to steal people.. well, as ironic as this statement will now sound, the very same thing seemed to happen to me.. plus anyone who joined my group who was a part of his was banned from his.. the clash really got strange when I had not been to that site for like a year, then someone said he was using some of the same graphics and ideas from my site on his.. that realllllly took the icing off the cake.. so I decided to correct the "Self Help" oversite and create a properly named group titled "Self-Help For anxity".. you see, "Self-Help" is a compound word.. I promise to make it a wonderful place, just as I did my last group till behind-the-scenes efforts to destroy it finally took a toll and sent me into a major depression.. but I'm back with a new and better site and as a medical practicioner with experience in anxiety/depression, I am ready and willing to help others who come to truly seek help and a sense of community..

Thank you for listening to someone who sincerely wishes to help others without all the deceit..
