I have taken effexor for about 3 months and now I am going to come off it because of the side effect I was having. Well I was at 150mg and I am now down to 75mg but am having mild withdrawl symtoms. Does anyone know what can help the withdrawl? After 7 days at 75mg I will go on a new med, but I don't think I can handle 7 days of this. I need advice on what might help. Thanks:)
