How are coping? I hope your feeling better. To ease withdrawal have you tried an activity which fills your time during the day, something you enjoy. Like Shopping, walking, watching favourite TV programme, video, read book something to distract and occupy your mind. Activities such as exercise naturally produce brain chemicals that make us feel relaxed and 'feel' good. Good luck and hope everything works out for you. Simon
