I'm in the US, and I've taken your advice with the water. The past few days have been somewhat better -- start each day with B vitamins, anti-histamines, vitamin C and water. The head shakes have mostly stopped, and at this point I'm trying not to beat myself up for feeling so badly. I just sit on the couch all day and cry in spurts, but at least figure I'm not bothering anyone, and maybe I'll be able to focus on work soon.
Sigh. Thanks Robert :) It's nice to know I'm not all alone in this.
