Venlafaxine: Commonly prescribed anti-depressant and anti-panic medication. DO NOT cut off your consumption of this drug without consulting your doctor, and certainly do not stop taking it without some kind of graded release. This drug has HARMFUL WITHDRAWAL EFFECTS including: Dizziness, sweating, Itching, crying, digestive problems and other flu-like symptoms. Again, please take medical advice before stopping your treatment, even if the drug is not perfect for you. For me, the side effects from withdrawal are worse than the depression it is meant to cure.
