I have been off Effexor for 8 days now and have been having the worst effects. 'Brain shivers', nausea, diarrhoea, sweats, and crying nd panic attacks to name a few. Just today, (the 8th day) i am feeling so much better. Still have the 'brain shivers' but the nausea has completely gone. The only thing i can think of is the 'Nytol' and 'benadryl i took. I think they tackled the sickness because they are both antihistamines and as far as i am aware are used as antiemetics. I really reccommend this to anyone sufferring from sickness. I am going to take this for a couple more weeks by which time the withdrawal will have worn off. Best of luck to anyone trying to come off this demon drug.
