Hi steve, i know exactly what your going through, the feeling you have described are just the worsed you can feel. i have had these depersonalised feelings on and off for a while now, they reckon they are linked to anxiety and hyperventilation. It is horrible, i also feel like i have lost my emotions, i just try to plod along although i hardly ever go anywhere, as i tend to suffer from worse symtoms when i travel. I had a couple of weeks were i managed to pick myself up and get some things done, went on a diet and started to do a bit of exercise, at the moment though i'm feeling a bit more depressed than usual. A friend of mine said i managed to pull together for that period because i had been taking st, johns wart for a few weeks, he said the difference was dramatic, everyone said i was more with it. I have to admit, although i did seem to have more drive, i still felt low and emotionless, but everyone else seem to notice a difference. might be worth you giving st johns wart a go..i have just started to take them again, and will let you know if they have any effect...take care steve.
