I stopped my last tablet on Mon 21/7/03. I was on 20mg, I then took one every other day, then when my body settled down, I went to 1/2 a day till I felt ok,I then stopped. For the passed 5 days, I have had dizziness, tiredness and head zaps, and can be quite nasty if someone (husband) irritates me. I found doing some gardening seemed to take my mind off it! which was ok at the time. I am wondering when I can wake up and feel normal again.
