Hi Jason, you haven't told us why you are on the meds-is it because you have panic attack or depression? I went on cipramil (been on it twice, this time now for 2 months) and I had the same side-effects that you do..dry mouth, yawning etc. I found that they went away after 10 days. Actually the dry mouth never goes away, you just get used to it I guess. If you are depressed, this is probably feeling like fatigue, or lack of motivation. I went on cipramil for panic attack and I get pretty bad night sweats do you?
