Been suffering from fatiuge, tiredness, lack of any energy, want to go to bed, total lack of any drive to want to do anything.

I seem to have good days and bad days and on the bad days I end up feeling worse because I look back at what I have not done and realise that that will make me feel even worse.

These symptoms have been with me off and on for several years now. My old doc put me on Anatriptylene for a few months which didn't really help followed a year later on Seroxat for several months with a dose that got bigger and bigger and a sex drive that after 2 months didn't exsist at all. I felt that Seroxat wasn't helping me and i couldn't stand the groggy feelings when i woke up every morning which can only be described as a your worst hangover nightmares. I reduced my dose over a period and after a month i got over it but i have to say that month was hell.

Now another year later I have been to my new doc and after having blood tests done I don't aprently have Thyroid problems, I have explicity told him about my history and 3 days ago he has stuck me on 20mg/day Cipramil.

Apart from still feeling low and lacking energy i seem to spend most of my day yawning, dry mouth plus my normal hard to get to sleep has got worse.

I am VERY worried that my problems that I had with seroxat will happen again and that my real problem of lack of energy is down something else and perhaps could be treated differently ?

Anyone else in the same boat with any advice ?

Cheers Jason H
